Tooling Maintenance program in place to insure quality production. MRG manages its preventative maintenance program with KeepTrak PM Software. The goal is to prevent problems before they get to final inspection.

Training program in place for all operators

• Operators average 9  years employment at MRG
• Cross trained, work center specialist
• Quality Manager – Certified IPC Trainer
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class I, II & III
• Recent State grant for quality training for continuous improvement.
