Our quality initiatives provide for continuous improvement every day in all disciplines of our organization. This has allowed us to retain customers since inception in 1988.

Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing processes are created prior to building you're Production. This guarantees quality workmanship and repeatability from prototypes thru volume production.

Inspection

MRG guarantees 100% electrical and mechanical inspection of all products prior to shipment. Consistent quality can reduce or eliminate incoming inspection at our customers allowing a true “Dock to Stock”environment. Our goal is to save our customers labor and facilitate rapid absorption of material into production.

Applications

We work with a variety of customers on low volume high mix to high volume applications. We will assign a program manager to work with you on all phases from application engineering, prototyping thru volume production. We can also offer flexible material logistic solutions.

History

MRG was founded in 1988 in Newton, MA. Due to our consistent growth, we purchased a 45,000 square foot facility in Norwood, Ma in 1995 and renovated it in 1996. We have since purchased an additional 10,000 square foot adjacent facility in 2005 to plan for our growth in our electro-mechanical assembly products.
